Laboratory Satisfaction & Complaints Policy
It is the policy of the Laboratory to provide its customers at all times with a service complying with ISO/IEC 17025 as accredited by UKAS.
If you are not entirely satisfied with the service that the Laboratory has provided, please let us know. We will endeavour to put the matter right as soon as possible and to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.
If you are not satisfied with our response, you can refer the issue to the Head of Devon & Somerset Trading Standards Service at the above address, or visit the Devon County Council corporate feedback page to lodge your complaint.
